Warranty Policy

We like to look after our customers so we go above and beyond with our returns policy. Life is already complex enough, we keep things simple.

We offer a one-year warranty on all watches.

The warranty does not cover wear and tear on the strap, battery life, glass breakage and/or battery replacement.

Due to the nature of engraved gifts, these cannot be exchanged or refunded unless faulty.

All returns will be credited back to the same card they were purchased on.

In the case of faulty product, we will cover the costs of standard shipping of the replacement watch, within the United Kingdom.

Chronos24.co.uk offer as standard our own 1 year warranty unless otherwise stated on all our timepieces. During this warranty period if your watch develops a fault you may return it to us for either repair or replacement. If the watch develops a fault within 30 days from your date of order we will cover the postage costs. If the fault occurs after 30 days it’s the customers responsibility to cover the postage fees. We advise using a trackable service for returning all watches. Please note repairs generally take between 7-14 working days.

Our warranty does not cover “external damage” to the product.
